Zelfbedrog is het proces of het feit waarbij we onszelf misleiden om als waar of geldig aan te nemen wat vals of ongeldig is. Kortom, zelfbedrog is een manier om onszelf ons valse geloof te rechtvaardigen. In een tijd van fundamentele en snelle veranderingen vanaf 2009 en speciaal in dit jaar 2012 hebben wij te maken met het feit dat wij aannames dagelijks hebben bij te stellen.

Voorjaar 2012 en de Catshuis besprekingen hebben tot niets geleid…
De geluiden die ik hoor van ondernemers en winkeliers zijn vaak dat zij de schade van de financiële crisis trachten te beperken. Het vertrouwen van burgers als consumenten is klein en neemt af. De hand wordt op de knip gehouden…! Of er is niet veel te besteden. Woningmarkt stagneert en niemand ziet een oplossing zonder politieke beslissingen.

The words I often hear from entrepreneurs and shopkeepers are that they try to limit the damage of the financial crisis. Citizens’ trust as consumers is small and declines further. People keep there money in their pocket…! Or there is not much to spend. Housing market is stagnant and nobody sees a solution without political decisions.

Onze eigen verantwoordelijkheid in mijn vorige Blog bracht wederom beroering en veel reacties in de groep NLP NL, met wie ik dit gedeeld heb. Goede, inhoudelijke reacties met veel informatie, bracht verdieping teweeg. Duidelijk iets stellen, brengt niet voor een ieder duidelijkheid, blijkt. Emotie heeft altijd te maken met Belang(en), of dat nu het eigen belang is of het belang van een groep of anderen, denkwijzen waarin handelen impliciet aanwezig is. “ Denken” = “ Doen” . En daar komt heel veel uit voort….! Emoties kunnen veranderingen blokkeren, vanwege de belangen die eraan gekoppeld zijn. Wat is het algemeen belang in deze tijd? Continue reading

The topic in my previous Blog “Our own responsibility” generated turmoil and many comments in the group NLP NL, with whom I’ve shared this post. Good, substantive reactions with much information, deepened the discussion. Making a clear statement, does not clarify things for everyone, so it seems. Emotion always is related to interest(s), whether that’s self-interest or the interests of ones group or others, ways of thinking that implicitly contain actions. ‘Thinking’ = ‘Acting’. And that generates a lot ….! Emotions can block changes, because of the interests that are linked to them. What is the public interest in this time? Continue reading

Inmiddels de voorjaarsvakanties voorbij en in maart 2012 beland! Mijn vorige Blog heeft veel discussie losgemaakt ” Wat doet u in deze verwarrende tijden?” , vooral van NLP-ers die blijkbaar gevoel als iets van ondergeschikt belang willen zien en haast verwerpelijk. Toch begint elke verandering vanuit een emotie als b.v. verontwaardiging en van omkering kunnen NLP-ers alles weten. Vanuit noodzakelijkheid om zaken anders te gaan bezien, omdat dit niet meer werkt en verlies brengt.

Tijd voor Verandering
Now that the spring holidays have ended, we’ve arrived at the start of March 2012! My previous Blog -’What will you do in these confusing times?’- generated a lot of discussion. Especially among NLP-ers (Neuro-linguistic programmers) who apparently regard feelings as something of secondary importance and almost rejectable. However any change starts from an emotion such as indignation. And NLP-ers should know all about reversal. The necessity to look at things differently, because the current status does not work anymore and leads to more loss.
